1. Refund Eligibility
- Service Issues: Refund requests can be made if there are issues with the medical services provided by a vendor, such as incorrect diagnosis, missed appointments, or errors in prescriptions.
- Failed Transactions: If payment is charged for services that were not successfully delivered, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation: If a medical service is canceled by the vendor or provider before it is delivered, a full refund will be issued to the patient.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Consultation Fees: Fees for consultations that are successfully completed and the patient received the service will not be refunded, unless there was an error on the vendor's part.
- Completed Treatments: Services or treatments that have already been provided and completed cannot be refunded, except under exceptional circumstances.
- Prescription Services: Refunds for prescriptions are not available unless the prescription is found to be incorrect or issued in error.
3. Refund Process
- Request Submission: To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team within 7 days of the issue. You can submit your request via email or through the platform’s customer service form.
- Review and Approval: Once a refund request is submitted, we will review the details and notify you within 3-5 business days regarding the status of your request.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment provider.
4. Partial Refunds
- Partial Services Rendered: If only a portion of the service was completed successfully (e.g., a missed part of a treatment or consultation), a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of service provided.
5. Disputes and Escalation
- Disputes: In case of disagreements regarding refunds, Credmed will work with both the vendor and the patient to reach a resolution. Any claims that cannot be resolved through normal communication may be escalated to a third-party dispute resolution provider.
- Third-Party Involvement: If the dispute involves a medical malpractice or service failure that is outside of our platform’s control, we may involve external authorities or professional boards for further review.
